Allow me to introduce myself 😊 my name is Sarah Taylor and I am the owner of Beautiful (Barbados) Tours & Excursions Ltd & Tranquility Cruises.
I have been involved in the tourism industry in Barbados for the last 22 years.
My Great Grandfather was one of the first photographers on the Island. I have a great love for my Island and of meeting new people. On January 15th 2001 Glory Tours was formed out of that love.
Our goal is to put a smile on your face and to keep you smiling as we share the beauty, culture and history of Barbados. In 2022 we rebranded from Glory Tours to Beautiful (Barbados) Tours & Excursions Ltd.
I have a wonderful team who love to share Barbados our home with you. To all of our customers I sincerely Thank You! for giving us the opportunity to do so. We are honoured and most grateful. 😊
Keisha
Keisha is one of our reservation agents.
She is my “sister from another mother”. My fellow big girls, pants get her done, woman who I love and respect. I am so thankful for Keisha, for her strength, determination & faith, for having my back and being me when I am to tired to be.
She and the rest of the reservations team you may never meet but they are the ones at the keyboard behind the screen, at the other end of the line making it all happen, and it takes a LOT to make it happen.
Keisha has been a very important member of the of the team since 2017 .
Angie
Angie is one of our reservation agents but she is so much more.
Angie is my bright light, she is the yongest of our team and gives me hope. LOL I have already told her I am getting old and my brain can no longer learn as it did and be the wiz so she is the future.
I love Angie as I love all of my team. Angie is honest and calm and like Keisha and myself our faith is our foundation.
I am blessed to have Angie in my life and as a team member of Beautiful (Barbados) Tours & Excursions Ltd.
Quammie
Chief Story Teller
Beautiful Barbados tour Guide Quammie has been working with us for over 20 years. I can not think of him without laughing He is a fun guy who loves to have a laugh. His nick name is "Chief Story Teller" and those who experience a tour with Quammie as a guide will certainly know why at the end of the day. He tells the most ridiculous funny stories. If you have him as a guide you must ask him how Barbados got here. LOL He is very experienced; before being a tour guide he worked as a stilt walker and a teacher Quammie is very Knowledgeable. He always ready to lend a hand share in a good joke and go the extra mile just to make our Customers happy.
Quammie has completed his First Aid, Tour Guide, Customer Service and Safety Driving training at the Barbados Community College
Corey
Beautiful Barbados tour Guide Corey has been a part of the team for over 15 years now. Corey is extremely responsible and aside from being a great guide he is supervisor of all of our airport and seaport transfers.
He is always eager to keep his customers happy and give them his very best. He is very knowledgeable and a sweet guy with a great smile. Corey has completed his First Aid, Tour Guide, Customer Service and Safety Driving training at the Barbados Community College
Ife
Captain of Tranquility
Beautiful Barbados Captain Ife. This is a Man that is near and dear to my heart. He is Tranquility our boats Captain
He is a bit of a philosopher and in many ways I am still a student. He has taught me some very important life lessons.
Ife is a great and generous man with a BIG heart. He is a an entertainer and teacher who has contributed much to the entertainment, culture and social sectors. Still today he works with kids teaching them stilt walking.
With Ife at the helm of the boat or along side you in the water you and your family are in very safe hands.
Calvin
Beautiful Barbados tour Guide Calvin I cant help but smile every time I see Calvin. He really cares about his customers and this shows in every way 😊 He is very knowledgeable. He is always keen to point out when he sees something we can improve on to serve our customers better. 😊He is very kind hearted and thoughtful and will often call just to make sure I am doing ok or if he observes something that needs my attention. I am very thankful to have Calvin as part of the team 🙏😊

Beautiful Barbados tour GuideLisa is the first Female tour guide to join the team, aside from myself.
Lisa is very dependable and organized. She is very easy to get along it and has a very good sense of humor. If you do not know her demeanor can be more serious at times but once you get her smiling and laughing she is a lot of fun. She is also very knowledgeable. I have never met anyone that dislikes her nor do I think I have ever had a single complaint about her. She really is a wonderful member of the team

Narrin
Papa Smurf
Beautiful Barbados tour Guide Narrin is Trinidadian by birth but has been living in Barbados for 16 years and has been tour guide for over 25 years. Narrin joined the team in 2014 and we are so happy to have him with us.
Narrin is very easy going and thoughtful. During Covid he moved back to Trinidad to help work in a feeding program. He is always doing for others especially his kids and his grandkids whom he adores.
True to his nationality he has a fun personality rich in charisma and charm.
Ryan
Beautiful Barbados tour Guide Ryan joined our team in 2013 and from the start he has been a perfect fit :) He is well liked by his customers.
He loves to smile and laugh and take lots of photos. He is a great guy and a valuable part of our team. He is very depanable, knowlegeable, organised and truly a great guy always keeping things real.

Sunshine
Beautiful Barbados tour Guide Zadora truly is Sunshine and she adds sunshine to every tour she does. No matter how bad a day I am having if I hear or see Zadora she always cheers me up.One day about 2 years ago I was buried under a pile of paperwork from the guides, now my lovey guides are lovely guides but their paperwork is not always so lovely. Zadora saw how overwhelmed I was and offered to sit with me and sort it all out. She was so kind and helpful as we sat and chatted and I sincerely appreciated her gesture and am so thankful that she is the sunshine of our team. Zadora is knowledgeable as all the guides are but she does add her special sunshine to the tours and that is shown by the many excellent reviews she receives. I can 100% tell you that any customer that has her as a guide is in for a wonderful day and a real treat

Beautiful Barbados tour Guide Charles joined the team in 2015. From the very start he has made is mark being a team player and aiding his fellow guides in any way he can to improve the service we give.
He is very experienced and knowledgeable. He has become a well respected and valued member of our team.
Charles is a solid, demandable, thoughtful guy that is very easy toe spend time with and talk to and he really is very knowledgeable.

Beautiful Barbados tour Guide Stephen is extremely passionate about ensuring his customers have an excellent experience on the island. He is passinate about his job, charasmatic and charming. He has been a part of the team since 2015 and has more than earned his place on our team. He is a special guy and a real family man and good son.... I think those things are wonderful assets.

Beautiful Barbados tour Guide Glyne is an experienced tour guide tour guide who has won tour guiding awards for his. knowledge and great ability to entertain.
I had my eye on him for many years and finally convinced him to join our little family. He is full of energy and knowledge which is enjoyed thoroughly by the customers he shares our island home with. Glyne is passionate about what he does and gives of his best and it is truly and honour to have him as part of our team.

Beautiful Barbados tour Guide Winston is our newest tour guide but with a strong stamp of approval from Quammie and a high recommendation from a childhood friend he has hit the ground running.Winston previously worked in law enforcement hence the nickname which is also his sir nae "Marshall"
Winston is sincere, kind and thoughtful and will speak up for others when needed to encourage or defend. He is knowledgeable and very eager to be the best and give his best. I am absolutely delighted to have him as. a member of the team.

Ron AKA Aquaman
Beautiful Barbados tour Guide Aquaman Ron. If you have ever meet him on a Tranquility cruise you will know why we call him this. He is entertaining and helpful, going the extra mile to make sure our customers on the boat have a fantastic time. He is happy to take photos and videos and is a Sting Ray whisperer.
Ron is very special to me, he is sort of a BIG diamond in the rough. Sincere and honest, he speaks his mind and tries his best whilst admitting his weaknesses. This is something I have a LOT, LOT, LOT of respect for.
Ron loves kids, he is fantastic with them and his world is his very beautiful baby girl Anna-Lis.
